What we collect when you order
Checkout is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your payment details under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy); we don't see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email address, what you bought, and what you enter at checkout, such as your trade and region and, for Tier 2, your agency's name, logo and contact email for the previews.
If you email us, we keep the messages and your address so we can reply, deliver your pack and handle refunds.
How we use it
To build and deliver your pack, process payments and refunds, enforce our Terms, and contact you about your order.
We don't sell your data
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with services we need to run the business, such as Stripe for payments and our email and hosting providers, or when the law requires it.
Businesses in our packs
Packs contain business information that is publicly listed, such as a business's name, phone number, website and Google rating. A business that wants to be removed from future packs can email us, and we will remove it.
This website
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.
How long we keep it
- Agency order and billing records: kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Prospect data in delivered packs: deleted 12 months after delivery.
- Our suppression and removal list: kept permanently, so a business that asked to be removed is never added again.
