Draft, last updated Oct 24, 2026. These terms are between you and the operator of TradePreviews: Burrill Management, LLC, doing business as Simple Local Site and TradePreviews, 1530 The Alameda #300, San Jose, CA 95126.

1. What you get.

A pack of business prospects (and, for Tier 2, preview websites) for your own sales outreach. Data is compiled from public sources and checked when the pack is delivered; websites and contacts change, and we don't guarantee any outcome.

1a. What a pack contains.

You choose one trade and one region. A pack lists established local businesses (Google rating 4.5 or higher with 25 or more reviews, as shown on Google when the pack is built). For each business you get: its name, city, phone number, current website, the website problem we confirmed (with the date we checked it from two locations), and its position in one Google Maps search (with the search term, map area and date; this is a single search result, not a citywide ranking, and it changes over time). Tier 1 is the list only. Tier 2 adds a preview website for each business. An email address is included only when our email check rates it deliverable; many businesses won't have one. Packs are built after purchase, so problems are checked on build day.

1b. Businesses we market to directly are excluded.

We market a website service of our own directly to some local businesses. Any business we have contacted, or plan to contact, is excluded from every pack, as is any business that has opted out of our messages. A business delivered to you in a pack is removed from our own direct outreach. We never sell the same prospect in more than one pack, at any time. Exclusions can make a pack smaller; shortfalls are refunded under section 9.

2. No California businesses.

Packs exclude businesses located in California. You may not ask us to add them.

3. CAN-SPAM compliance required.

Every commercial email you send to a prospect must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. 7701 et seq.) and FTC rules, including: no false or misleading header or subject lines; identify the message as an ad where required; include your valid physical postal address; include a clear way to opt out; and honor opt-outs within 10 business days. 4. Honor opt-outs permanently.

If a prospect opts out from you or tells us to stop, you must stop contacting them and not sell or transfer their address. We will tell you about opt-outs we receive; you must apply them within 10 business days.

5. Other laws.

You are responsible for complying with all laws for calls and texts (including the TCPA and Do-Not-Call rules) and any state privacy laws that apply to you.

6. Preview sites.

Tier 2 previews are white-labeled for your agency (your agency name, logo and contact) and hosted at tradepreviews.com/p/. They may be taken down at any time. Don't claim a prospect endorsed you or that a preview is their live site.

7. No resale.

Packs are for your own outreach. No reselling, sharing, or publishing the data.

8. Our right to cut you off.

If we receive spam complaints, see deceptive outreach, or believe you've broken these terms, we may suspend or end your access immediately, take down your previews, and refuse future orders, without refund for the affected pack.

9. Payment and shortfalls.

Pilot packs are paid in advance through Stripe. Each pack contains up to 25 prospects; we include only prospects that pass every check at delivery. If a pack has fewer than 25, we refund, per missing prospect, $5.96 (Tier 1, $149/25) or $11.96 (Tier 2, $299/25) to the original payment method within 7 days of delivery. A pack with zero prospects is refunded in full. We may cover a trade across several nearby metros to fill a pack.

10. Liability.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pack in question.

11. Exclusivity.

A prospect delivered to you is never sold in any other pack.

12. Calls and texts.

Calls to prospects must be manual, live calls only (no autodialers, prerecorded messages or automated texts), and you must check numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry before calling.

13. Delivery.

We deliver your pack within 48 hours of receiving payment. For Tier 2, the 48 hours start when we receive your agency's name and logo. If we miss that deadline, you may cancel for a full refund.

14. Operator.
